This is a Model C 2 Minute reproducer for an Edison cylinder phonograph. As you can see, the finish is extremely bright made it difficult to photograph! Except for corrosion on the tongue and one small spot between the C and E of REPRODUCER. I know very little about restoring these so I have not opened it up to inspect the diaphragm or gasket.
