Just plug into any outlet of 110 to 240 volt and it will lights up and flashing with eight difference auto change motion. Some lights may require 220 volts to operate, you can also display it without the lights on, it still looks good. Picture shows are on 240 volt. Our model are built with wood and metal no plastic part, all detail are accurate to the best as you can see in the pictures. Height = 11 to the tallest post.
