Cosmetically there is a small indention/crack on the back (smaller than a dime and caused by the mounting bracket) and there are a few light scratches on the speaker grille (see photos). Neither of these impact the functionality of the unit. This listing includes the SOUNDBAR ONLY and DOES NOT include a power cord/supply, remote, Adaptiq items, or any other accessories. The soundbar is able to be controlled via the Bose app but only after being initially setup using a remote.
