My father bought this as a project over 30 years ago and never finished it. You can part it out or repair it. The smaller parts are in a plastic bag and placed inside of the watch. The winding stem will be placed outside of the watch in a plastic bag. I can not tell if there are any parts missing but it does not appear to be. The brass case has darkened from significant tarnishing, and has some scratches (see photos of winding stem and parts). The crystal shows signs of wear and blemish. The dial and hands are in excellent condition (see photos). The movement appears to be very clean, and has serial number 2F3814. Thank you for Looking!
