AMATI ELECTRIC PLANK BENDER. Bends wooden planking strips easily and guarantees the correct curvature every time. Place your strip on the wooden form and heat it by moving the plank bender over it several times. Set includes handle with round metal head, plus a wooden pattern with different curves. This special swivelling clamp holds and supports the model while assembling, painting and finishing. The adjustable jaws slide on the aluminium bar and the swivel action lets you set the model in virtually any position. The bar also swivels and inclines in any direction, giving access to all parts of the model. The metal base can be fastened to the bench using the two clamps provided, or permanently fasted with four screws. Bar length 40 cm. Tool for inserting brass and iron with the special adapter. Kit contains 12 clamps and 14 brass plates. Attached photos show how to use these clamps: insert the photoetched part on a normal stationery double clip, bend the fins and fix it in place.
